1. Acceptance of Terms

IPTV Canada provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and related features to subscribers over the internet. Our service includes access to over 24,000 live channels, 120,000+ movies and series, live sports coverage, and an electronic program guide (EPG).

The Service is designed for personal, non-commercial use. Content availability, channel lineups, and features may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming, as service quality depends on factors including but not limited to your internet connection, device compatibility, and third-party infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account and use the Service.
• You agree to provide truthful and accurate registration information and to keep it updated.

4. Subscription & Payment

Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Pricing: Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our Pricing page. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers of any price changes before they take effect.
• Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select (e.g., monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Payment methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fees.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Service until the outstanding balance is settled. We reserve the right to retry the charge or request an alternative payment method.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

5. Free Trial

IPTV Canada offers a 24-hour free trial that provides full access to our service, including all channels, on-demand content, and features. The free trial is intended to allow you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

• The free trial is available once per user and per household.
• No payment information is required to start the free trial.
• At the end of the trial period, your access will expire unless you purchase a paid subscription.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense your account credentials or subscription access to any third party.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to public screenings, broadcasting, or restreaming.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features, access controls, or digital rights management measures of the Service.

• Record, download, capture, or redistribute any content available through the Service unless expressly permitted.
• Transmit any malicious software, viruses, or code through or in connection with the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or infrastructure.

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on or through the Service are the property of IPTV Canada or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property associated with the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• IPTV Canada does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to IPTV Canada for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

IPTV Canada reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to pay subscription fees when due.
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies.
• Discontinuation or material modification of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may also notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which IPTV Canada operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of IPTV Canada to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
