Refund Process

- Allow processing time: Our team will review your request and respond within two (2) to five (5) business days. If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for a refund:
- Subscriptions beyond the 24-hour window: Refund requests submitted more than twenty-four (24) hours after the initial purchase of a paid subscription are typically not eligible for a refund.
- Subscription renewals: Automatic subscription renewals are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue using the service.
- Partial months: We do not issue prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period following a cancellation.
- Third-party charges: Any charges incurred through third-party services, devices, or applications are outside the scope of this policy. Please contact the relevant third party for those refund requests.
- Violation of terms: If your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.

Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with IPTV Canada may result in immediate suspension of your account.
Chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent or filed in bad faith may lead to permanent account termination. IPTV Canada reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is unjustified and to provide documentation to the relevant financial institution.
